During the morning update in  the Chatroom the SPXGODFATHER gives a “look around the world” and informs the members what is happening in Europe, Asia and the US- Premarket today, so members can anticipate what can influence the stock market that day. In addition a macro view of Events, Fed-Meetings, Government Affairs, that will take place.

PARTICIPATE:

Based on all provided intelligence The SPXGODFATHER team will call out a certain strike price for the SPX Options and the premium range they are looking to buy. Each individual member needs to make their own decision what strike at what premium they will buy.

EXIT:

This is the hardest and most difficult part when you trade SPX options. You need to have your strategy ready at what %-level of profit or loss you want to sell your option. For example: you bought a certain strike @$5 ($500 per contact) and you bought 4 contracts, so the total initial investment is $2,000. Your goal is to sell @$8 ($800) per contact with 60% profit. That means your 60% increase generated a $1,200 ($3,200 – $2,000) profit.

The SPXGODFATHER normally buys and sells within 5-20 min. You also need to have an exit strategy ready when your option is going the wrong way and you need to sell at a lower price than the original cost. NEVER expect a “zero” return, always sell, in this case with a max 60% loss.
