9. CONFIDENTIALITY & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Rolf Haag (“Host”) and the individual named (“Participant”) regarding participation in Rolf’s private SPXGODFATHER, Inc. trading group, including but not limited to live Zoom sessions, shared workspaces, proprietary strategy discussions, and related materials (“Group”).
9.1 Non-Disclosure & Use of Proprietary Material
All content, strategies, workspaces, and language shared within the Group are proprietary intellectual property (“IP”) of the Host. The Participant agrees not to share, copy, publish, distribute, remix, or repurpose any of this IP without express written permission from the Host.
9.2 Indemnity
The Participant agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from sharing or altering the Host’s methods or materials.
9.3 Group Conduct & Communication
The Participant agrees to follow the structure and process as laid out by the Host. Creating spin-off groups, channels, or forums based on this Group’s strategies or structure is strictly prohibited.
9.4 Legal Disclaimer
The Host is not a licensed financial advisor. The Group is strictly educational and observational. No trade recommendations, investment advice, or financial guarantees are being provided.
9.5 Termination
Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate removal from the Group, with no refund or continued access. The Host reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any breach.
9.6 Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Michigan, USA.
13. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this Agreement is deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
14. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and SPXGODFATHER regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.
