I'm no where near making what you and others in here are making yet but I'm going to trust the process and not get out of trades so fast starting next week now that I have brought the initial 1K I transferred to TOS into over 2 k in less than 2 weeks. 9.1 Non-Disclosure & Use of Proprietary Material

All content, strategies, workspaces, and language shared within the Group are proprietary intellectual property (“IP”) of the Host. The Participant agrees not to share, copy, publish, distribute, remix, or repurpose any of this IP without express written permission from the Host.

9.2 Indemnity

The Participant agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from sharing or altering the Host’s methods or materials.

9.3 Group Conduct & Communication

The Participant agrees to follow the structure and process as laid out by the Host. Creating spin-off groups, channels, or forums based on this Group’s strategies or structure is strictly prohibited.

9.4 Legal Disclaimer

The Host is not a licensed financial advisor. The Group is strictly educational and observational. No trade recommendations, investment advice, or financial guarantees are being provided.

9.5 Termination

Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate removal from the Group, with no refund or continued access. The Host reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any breach.
