As someone who has a day job but can be in front of the computer trading was fun but difficult as didn’t have the time to dedicate as much as I wanted to analyzing the numerous stocks and didn’t want to just take calls. SPX has SO MUCH potential to increase your portfolio a lot! being able to focus on 1 major moving stock and begin the steps to master this was a no brainer for me. Rolf makes himself available to us and keeps impressing the need for consistent 15-40% gains and how it compounds and we do reviews a few times a month for learning. I am extremely happy here and looking forward to growing here.

9.1 Non-Disclosure & Use of Proprietary Material

All content, strategies, workspaces, and language shared within the Group are proprietary intellectual property (“IP”) of the Host. The Participant agrees not to share, copy, publish, distribute, remix, or repurpose any of this IP without express written permission from the Host.

9.2 Indemnity

The Participant agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless the Host from any legal claims, damages, or liabilities that may arise from sharing or altering the Host’s methods or materials.

9.3 Group Conduct & Communication

The Participant agrees to follow the structure and process as laid out by the Host. Creating spin-off groups, channels, or forums based on this Group’s strategies or structure is strictly prohibited.

9.4 Legal Disclaimer

The Host is not a licensed financial advisor. The Group is strictly educational and observational. No trade recommendations, investment advice, or financial guarantees are being provided.

9.5 Termination

Violation of this Agreement may result in immediate removal from the Group, with no refund or continued access. The Host reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for any breach.
